What is WALL PILATES?

  • Taking the conventional Pilates exercises and using a wall, creates additional resistance against gravity to challenge your body in a different way.

  • Wall Pilates helps improve strength, body balance and alignment, flexibility and stability.

  •  No previous Pilates experience needed and suitable for all levels of fitness.

  • Equipment - grip socks or indoor shoes are recommended but not essential

  • Wall Pilates classes will run every 2nd and 4th week of a calendar month at St James Arts Centre and every 4th week for the Zoom class.
